Something Blizzard needs to add is a "Hide other player screen effects and/or skills." Sometimes its hard enough to see enemy aoes etc with just my own stuff like red earthquakes everywhere, let alone a million other effects from other players.

I spent 15 minutes before even playing looking through my tv and console settings trying to turn it off. Couldn't find anything then realized it was specifically a game setting. Wtf is that?
