Gimpzorgaming: One thing that has been stumping me with this build for perma arbiter evade, is that the Sanctification looks to have to hit item quality on the boots. That appears to be the only way for the implicit to reach 2.0 seconds. If I'm wrong though, please correct me, because I don't see any other way of getting it to 2.0 seconds.

Edit: Or you need a max arbiter's zephyr aspect

Edit 2: Even with max Arbiter's Zephyr aspect I still don't have perma Arbiter's Evade.. I'm about to give up on this.

Edti 3: I now have an item quality upgrade from sanctifying on my boots and the implicit is now 2.1 seconds, and my Arbiter Evade is still not perma. At this point I'm going to say it's either latency (I float around 50-60), or something is being gate kept.
Trofiak: Have good boots attack reduce evade cooldown 1.9 aspect zephyr 2.7 and still i have delay on evade not Luke you what im missing?

FeuerhammerX: I just learned that he doesn't really use Falling Star instead he just hits evade and hammer. I was wasting so much time trying to weave FS in with hammers.
ce8539: should i use this version of the build with consec and updates legendary affixes etc or stick with the "t1-t4" build if i dont have any mythics? Also can anyone give me tips to increase survivability? dying a lot pretty much insta on pit 70, 151 paragon

Roylzy: Shako version is good if you use the amulet for paladin (Unique Amulet(Judgment of Auriel) that gives you DMG and DMG Reduction on ranks of Ultimate)

beakee: Thank you for this! Haven't been able to work much on gearing up but your starter variation has easily got me to T4. It feels really great to zoom and melt through everything without having to press so many buttons AND not die AND not have resource issues
