I ran several tests on PTR 11 during my livestreams:

DT (this one had an interaction bug with Beastfool x Selig x Scoundrel, which was affecting the build’s performance)
Among others.
But overall, Rogue seems capped around Pit 90–95.
It’s my favorite class, but once again it ended up being the weakest on the test servers, and I don’t think things will be much different when T11 goes live.
Just waiting for new updates.

BenaresDarkness: I've played every season and bought the battlepass every season. Now season 11, i will most likely skip because it's ass, it has nothing we asked for. They nerfed us into oblivion and made drops harder to get. This game is dying, and they pull some dumb shit like this.

Rahru: I just hope they don't limit themselves to "balance" builds like on season 10: just making such overtuned, overpowered, overblown power spikes that any character can crush T4. But, sadly, they really can't balance the game with so much damage scaling and multis all over the place. Since classes, skills and builds have asymmetrical mechanics (which should be the case), the damage calculations are always going to lead to insane power discrepancies.
