You still require a sigil drop which is rare than a 3GA item with the right stats to farm it once.
For me a "Farm" is something i can do repeatedly without conditions that have to be fullfilled beforehand or being absolutely insanely lucky.
gnol4688: Bro farming treasure breach goblin nm dungeon sigils is not easy. I farmed 4 world bosses and cashed in dozen of chests at azmodan. Got a truckload of keys and I only saw like 3 treasure breach keys and 0 mythic keys. Treasure breach is like 1 in 100 keys mythic key still not seen. Don’t know what you all do…

stefanboehle9682: azmodan doesnt even give xp. everything is rank 5 , besides that shit. i get 2-3 xp per azmodan t4 kill and cba sitting there a whole day.
GraysonBellAuthor: I've opted to go back and forth, but one time I portaled back and all the ones I hadn't picked up yet (ancestral or otherwise) were all ported to my stash for me by the game. Not sure how I triggered that because I hadn't completed the dungeon yet, but it saved me some time.
Awakened_Phoenix: Farming bosses all day and yesterday at Rank 5 Sin. Over a thousand Keys. Not 1 mythic key. Got several orange ones tho
