danieliorns4446: Do not go into a strongroom until after you kill all the animus mobs if you are doing an escalating nightmare. One will despawn and your run will fail. Has happened to me 3 times. Always get all the animus first.

ChubbyGames78: There's specific dungeon aspects that you get randomly for Astaroth at the end of an escalation. There's one called something like "Unique loot" that gives you a large amount of unique items, others that give lair keys, etc. Pay attention when you hover over the portal to him as to what you will get.

arbitraryanecdotes4521: Additionally, remember to do your infernal compasses. I swear they buffed the xp you get from those. Excellent for paragon points. It's crazy. Plus you get gear and a ton of gold or obducite/gem fragments.

ricksgamemisc10: I've only run one Escalation and it seemed to be bugged. Probably some interaction with the seasonal quest, because I completed a stronghold which completed the quest. Once I left the stronghold - my dungeon-specific quest objectives where gone. I was able to finish the dungeon and when I did ... nothing happened. No indication the dungeon was complete. And no portal to go to the next dungeon. It was just ... nothing.
