MrChannelnamehere: Can they please for the love of god buff the pet pickup radius and speed already? S10 was especially painful having to constantly go back to pick up all the missed infernal warp on the ground. It's such low hanging fruit that would dramatically improve QoL

DougBeaver-n7v: If the PTR is bad. I really hope they listen to the streamers. I'm playing season 10 and it's the first time I've been engaged since season 3. Right now it feels like you can play whatever build you desire. Sure if may not do crazy high pits but if you're blazing through T4 awesome. I don't want the game to go back to a small handful of very specific builds to do endgame stuff. I'll still try season 11, if it doesn't work out, guess it's time for another long break

MrKillFace707: 99.9999% of gear you find is going to have maybe 1 good stat and something mediocre like max life and then you're going to have two trash stats like 5 life per tic or something and you won't be able to reroll them both, so the 4th slot will be net gain zero unless you swipe your card on a 3rd party site to get gear.

I get far more longevity out of the POE 2 seasons/patches currently, mostly due to combat mechanics... a slower power curve, more challenge and meaningful combat in D4 is objectively very good for the game.
andyl8055: Without knowing what sanctification will do, understanding the impact of increasing weapon base damage and overall monster health it’s hard to say what impact this will have.
I do know I’ll spend less time farming gold for rerolls, less time pulling out my hair after temper bricking an item, and more time playing the game, though.

Saiperia: in your druid example you forgot to calc in that your weapon now has 20% more base damage. its still a big dmg loss but its a thing you could have included^^

So what do they do? Reduce drops, nerf gear prolong leveling and give us leaderboards? Might as well give us another reliquary….who approved that crap?

marsovac: I think the calculation is missing a lot.
1) Upping quality in the weapon to 20 gives 20% multiplicative damage (you did not account for that?)
2) Sanctification on a few items can make the damage go up instead of down by itself.
What this does is not nerf, but prolong the progression. Which is a good thing.
truane71: Not sure how I feel about the masterworking changes. Increasing certain affixes made some builds just functional where they would not have been otherwise.
c-tothefourth4879: The issue isn’t the power nerf. The issue is the replacement of masterworking is original blacksmith upgrade system it replaced and tempering is now 100% deterministic. Instead of creating actual good systems we have this. They specifically reduced the number of affixes on loot in season 4 as people would spend so much time looking through crap. Now we are back to that.

Im not playing season 11 ill show you!" Im glad they wont play season 11 and hope the devs stick to their guns. I enjoy a challenging game. Also less players , cheaper economy.
