scbt2888: It seems that they also nerfed the spawn chance for the horadric strongrooms. I’ve run 2-3 dozen NM dungeons and haven’t seen a single one. I’ve also only seen 1 Sigil with the strong room affix.
grantsboucher: I did some Azmodan world boss runs yesterday and got a lot of sigils dropping at the end. That might have been a one-off or it may be a strategy. YMMV.
