dzubu: Didnt they say that strongrooms would have more variety of bosses? I did 20 strongrooms and only fought Agony and Pyroclast
mhaq2582: The design of strongrooms is pretty bad. Any B-tier build is able to clear T4 strongrooms without choosing any statue perks. The statues/perks need to be punchy, your decision actually needs to make a difference in how you play the strongrooms instead of just clicking objectives and killing enemies. On top of that I haven't seen any "corrupted" statues yet as they're mentioned in the patch notes:
"Some of these Statues have held the bonds of their original intent, while others have been corrupted by Astaroth’s influence and pose significant danger with vastly increased rewards."
Also the Astaroth fight can be cheesed pretty heavily by standing in a corner to avoid one-shot abilities. I know Blizzard QA is non-existent but this season shows it once more. Overall the escalating NMDs are a good idea but can be improved substantially. Let's hope they actually keep them permanently to have endgame variety.
ClampsSH: You mentioned only doing Escalating Nightmares these days - how do you maintain Escalation Sigils if you're not doing regular NMDs?

danielray6060: I’ve seen five people die in the strong room so far including myself from a volcanic that does not telegraph or see it so you have to just keep moving around don’t stand still even after completing the dungeon and killing the boss.
Definitely not hard-core friendly

Aker811: I dont know why exactly but to me Astaroth feel like he have at least 2x more life then uber bosses. Im playing frenzy barb, when i compare different bosses at the same difficulty T3, i can kill pit boss in like 5-10sec, uber boss in 1-2min, Astaroth, 10-30min, with same gear. I almost just quit the run how long it took to kill. I dont know if it was because of some buffs he get from dungeon or because im dealing fire dmg? I killed him maybe like 3x but 15 min fight i had only once.

Tomes whatbis the fucking point of these? You never have to or want to go In Them again…. Another boring and fucking useless season. The Diablo 4 team Has literally the shortest most shit season ideas ever.. atleast d3 seasons were coop and carried the entire season. This game is now a 1-2 week game where you do everything and get to like paragon 220-250 and then quit until the next season.
cit9915: A significant improvement would be to get rid of the waves of trash mobs when you first find the portal and the waves when you first enter. They do nothing but slow down the experience.
