DjZephy: The best area is infernal hordes. You have to get lucky with a chaos wave that spawns goblins, but if you get it, you will complete almost the entire board.

thisishowthetruthdies684: Next to zero open world goblins. This like last seasons Chaos Rifts are horrible because everything is always getting poached even with cross play disabled. Terrible design for a mutiplayer event. I suppose Blizzard will get around to fixing this at the same time they get around to fixing the non-existence of amulets with good passives.
