If the product is legal, nobody but the seller and buyer should be involved. Period.
Do you want to live in an America where VISA/Mastercard says you cannot use their services to buy morning-after pills, condoms, etc. even though you live in a coastal state where these are legally protected?
Or - on the other side of the political spectrum - what if VISA/Mastercard refuses to allow you to buy guns & ammo even though you live in a "constitutional carry" state?

What Visa / Mastercard did to Valve is no different than an insurance company denying service to Asian people; or maybe a little more accurate, it's like an insurance company refusing to insure Chevrolet vehicles because of Chevy's political / social beliefs. THIS NEEDS TO BE ILLEGAL.
bub5842: I payed $90 for this game when it came out, that forces me to get expansions to get a 1 single new class. The fact that i payed $30 for last epoch and $20 for poe2. Both of which have given me hundreds of hours more content and continue to update for free. Yeah im not buying a damn thing from these liars
natebrown1124: I am not sure if it is good for the game that a bunch of people who produce content for the game are getting what they want in terms of changes, cuz I don't feel they represent the majority of the actual player base. Many of the changes that they have been happy about in the past several months have been viewed as horrible changes by most of the people within the communities I play with.

abraxis59: This is not the first time the payment processing companies have overstepped their bounds. I don’t have to like content or respect what a publisher or developer has done to respect the right for people to choose whether or not they want to engage with that content.
I am not a person that engages with the type of content that valve is being forced to remove, but I am vehemently opposed to payment companies having any say in what anybody buys. It’s not their job.
The solution is simple. We need to strengthen the laws that prevent these payment companies from doing these types of actions and forced them to stay in their lane. If it’s legal to buy the payment processing companies must be forced to allow the purchase of those products no matter what their opinions are.
goodguyshuckle9270: all i want is invincibility frames taken out of bosses like duriel, andariel and lilith. those type of effects get bugged all the time, especially with lilith, and as a result it actually makes me want to do that content less and less.
