JUDGEMENT PALADIN 101 NEW FINDINGS! Diablo 4 Season 11 Paladin Theorycrafting
Dec 24 2025
kingpig8978: This guy has been the best theorycrafter / analyst of Diablo 4 and I'm surprised he has only 1.5k subs while clickbaiters got hundreds of thousand.
Picachad: I'm loving these videos. It's crazy to realize how many mechanics don't work as they are intended - or at least how they are presented. There is real knowledge about the game here. Great work, I'm genuinely looking forward to the next one.
Zetsuei13: Great video and information. I normally hover over my Youtube channel blocker button when looking through content creator channels for games, as many are just clickbait, rehashed garbage. However, this video was the first in many to have actual information and testing done to back up their claims. Thank you for your efforts. My mouse slide over to the subscribe button rather than the block channel, lol. Happy Holidays~
b.banner_hulk6867: I've been enjoying my wing strikes Paladin still. It's such a chill play style. I hope they will make wing strikes and even the judgements able to lucky hit!
dizk8488: Great vid man, appreciate you actually testing this mess. Would love a video about your findings on castle like how to maximize it/what works and what doesn't.
PR2k9: If it cant lucky hit then is griswold sword not the best item to use contary to some build guides?
Chronikz: HOLY
onyxcitadel9759: i feel like this video applied judgement to me.. and detonated my mind.
MrThunderChief11: I appreciate how you explain complexity simply. You make the underlying mathematics make sense in a way that is functional and helpful to the average gamer (like me). Lots to chew on, but also a lot of good info to help me make practical decisions that will maximize my enjoyment of the game. Keep up the great work!
dozerbwt: Amazing work sir!
justdust9089: hey ava, how you doing mate. I think you forgot to mention that u can apply it with blocking too with aegis.
Clubman_Pinaud: Thank you for this video! I'm still confused on a few things, if you don't mind answering.
- You can only detonate once per judgement application, so your damage would be tied to how fast you can apply, right? The avatar wings attack slowly - wouldn't that mean you can only detonate a judgement like once/second? That seems bad?
- Maintaining avatar and the wings. . .it sounds like it would feel similar to a wings build where the wings just kill whatever they touch. How does it play different?
- With early leveling, a basic skill application and a core skill detonation look great, but at higher levels of pit or against a boss, it would seem like you'd need something to apply judgements very quickly. The ultimate where the light beams spin around you is the only one I can think of? Why is this not the best option?
Awakened_Phoenix: Help hype Ava, he taught us everything we know and yall don't even know it
spencerblack3444: Thank you for what you do!!!!
sawelos: Great video!
Thanks for starting things off in The Training Grounds to explain the base mechanics. After just five minutes I already understood more about this build than I did after watching hours of other creators.
One suggestion: when you mention an Aspect or Unique and hover over it, could you keep the tooltip open for at least 3–5 seconds? That gives people time to pause and read the details. It’s especially helpful for anyone who doesn’t remember all the aspect names or, like me, plays the game in a different language and needs a moment to match the names.
Thanks!!
Lucasarsantos: you can use shield charge to detonate judgement too
paweczyrnek532: It would be nice if you could explain blessed spear.
eyezwideshut: Haven't seen anyone using the preacher bug yet.
ArtSolid-xu2fn: Razorplate agies/fortress/bless shield thorns build.
Does okay in 80s. I feel there’s damage missing somewhere else. I have the correct glyphs on with a decent paragon board. But the only bills online that I see are around the arbiter not really leaning into the tanks like the old Crusader Diablo three Thorns builds. Much like your support paladin. I was trying to make something that keeps Agro pulls everything in and protects allies by also healing the amount of health that you heal because you heal so much with this build. It’s unique it’s different and no one build it yet. Maybe it’s something you should look into. I can link up with you and give you what I have so far.
Akrotiriken: I've been playing around with my own unique build. Holy bolt/ purify. Wearing heir of perdition, fists of fate, ward of the white dove, wreath of auric laurel, and seal of the second trumpet. Main skills are maxed holy bolt with ricocheting bolt upgrade. Maxed purify with absolution upgrade. All 3 auras. Blessed shield with shield of justice upgrade. And arbiter of justice. Purify I don't keep on my bar, and never really need to use the ultimate skill. 100% lucky hit chance that gives holy bolt the chance at proc wreath of auric laurel. Enemies explode frequently from off screen. If interested I can share my paragon board choices. Curious as to other players thoughts on this build. Just so satisfying clearing the screen with holy bolt. Currently running T4 with no problem. Still leveling glyphs so haven't pushed past pit 65, but not struggling in the least.
gerginyotsev: Great video. I did follow your active Judgement build and its been a blast. I just replaced Blessed Hammer with Blessed Shield jsut for the visuals :D.
uldysssian803: what is with blessed spear and Judicant's Glaivehelm combined with zid rune?!
mattmiller4115: I love the analysis, thanks for doing it.
Still trying to understand how Herald of Zakarum could be not bis (for every single paladin build). In my case, it takes me from about 2k strength to over 3k, in addition to 40k armor -> 60k armor. Both of these are based on the character sheet tooltips, just using a random shield from my stash.
Wackydantetdh: Where tha rogue updates at? :P
ПетрАвраменко-ы4ъ: There is a feeling that the AS legendary node multiplies each AS basket separately by 65x. At 200 AS it should be 130x. And it turns out 1.65*1.65 = 2.72 or 1.72x
wowandrss: Jew-di-kay-tor not Yew-di-kay-tor, hope it helps!
