metsugometsu905: I think I experienced a bug with Astaroth. I did the Growing Chambers in a public group, and we killed Astaroth. I picked up my drops, then went back to town. Once I got there, everyone left the group, but I remained the leader. I used the portal again to go back and get the rest of my drops, and I saw that Astaroth had respawned, so I was able to kill him again.
I tried again, but I ran out of time as I have work tomorrow morning. I'm leaving my experience here in the hopes that you can look into this bug or review the system that potentially allows for infinite Astaroth kills.

Deffine: You get at least 1 escalating nightmare sigil every time you do a run. Impossible to run out, especially when grouping...
