Should Diablo 4 Have Launched With Paladin? Season 11 Answers

kd9749: Forget the Barbarian’s Arsenal System feeling antiquated, the Rogue perks are garbage.

Combo points? Inner Sight? Useless. The only one anybody uses is Preparation and that forces you to use an Ultimate, which is why Death Trap is the best Rogue build every season for the last 5-6 seasons.

The Rogue literally feels like she was created for a completely different game.
hexen2801: Honestly? Season 11 is ok, but what made the season much stickier is the sense of clear progression it has, it guides players to the objectives and lets them progress forward as they will, and the Paladin drop was amazing.
Neesmo: i had 2 friends return to D4 for the paladin. both of them hadn't logged in for about a year each and are grinding every day with me. I feel the enjoyment i used to feel with this game myself. We love sanctification and really hope it stays as it adds so much variability. Keep on working blizz
we were all grinding ARC raiders but none of us have logged into ARC for a while now, even though that game is a blast
I've personally been a pally main since d2 and I'm actually happy they didn't release paladin until now as i don't think it would have been done this well back then. Pally is only as good as it is now, because they learned so much. You nailed it Rhykker
WUZLE: I'm only at Pit 55 on my minion necro and I'm already extremely tired of just dropping dead for no obvious reason. Most of the time I have no idea what's killing me. I'm fine, fine, fine, BOOM dead. It's tiring.
Zamsonkiller: If you look at the paladin reveal trailer you can see a silhouette of the next new character. I’m thinking Witch doctor. But they might do a new class like warlock to spice things up.
notoriouspip84: PoE 2 is just far too complicated. I have no desire to explore the massive skill tree that has a bunch of passives that arent fun to get.

The gameplay is fun, but i hate the systems so much I cant get into the game.

erjstreaming: It may be dumb, but I never got any Mythic the past seasons, because the grind was really too much. I got 14 this season. 4 Andariel, 3 Selig BUT a 4 GA Shroud of False Death. I can finally finish build for the first time!

solowalker9543: I've been looking for a better pair of gloves to keep sanctifying for a week, I've never played that much longer just for one piece of gear.
PureKAos95: I'm hitting higher play times, higher pit tiers, and spending countless days finding new friends and enjoying what got me into Diablo when playing D2 LOD as a child, now 30 and this season has that spark going for me again. Steps in the right direction , and hopeful for what's to come as a lifelong lover of the franchise.
