If you find a gear piece that your current class WILL NOT use, but it will be used on another class (like a mythic), make sure you sanctify on the character that Will use it.

I've gotten a lot of Strength (Barb primary stat) santifications. That's not bad if you are a barb, but if you are a different class, it won't be nearly as useful. You'd prefer that different classes primary stat instead.

I sanctified Shroud and got plus strength even though my Barb will not be using Shroud. Don't make the same mistake!
Harrisomj: I sanctified a 3 GA giga-mace and it gave me 40 [of 50] quality. I thought it capped at 25, but it looks like the quality roll can also crit.

greyeyedeagle: Sanctification is pure luck...nothing else. The only thing players need to know is that you have to temper and masterwork your gear FULLY before sanctifying.

Nymphibious: Fun fact: when the sanctification upgrades an affix to a Greater Affix on a unique, it can also upgrade the unique affix. Example: I had a 3GA Orsivane (Sorc 1H mace) with a 136% (max 150%) unique affix. I got the GA upgrade, it turned the mace into a 4GA one and the unique affix became 144%, presumably because that's within the affix's range on a 4GA.
